To be able to better explain to potential customers the modular flexibility of their flow-sheet, Enkotec wanted a 3D model of each of their core products which could be fitted on a conference room table. PRINTbart took on this challenge and produced a range of 1:8 models with great detail-level with built-in functionality according to their wishes. Instead of adding a sectioned cut in the models, all doors and panels were designed to be opened in order to examine the inside of the machines. In addition, the ENKOnail+ model also replicates the gears and belt drives with a working DC motor to demonstrate the motion.

PRINTbart exceeded our expectations in every way, delivering highly detailed and accurate models of our entire production line. The combination of PRINTbart’s insights into both mechanical engineering and 3D printing was very valuable for us. The quality, communication, and service were outstanding, and we’ve successfully used the models at multiple international trade shows to showcase ENKOTEC technology and engage with our customers.

PRINTbart is proud to have assisted C2CA – a startup on a mission to build sustainable demand for circular materials in concrete. To aid them on their journey to bringing this vision to reality, PRINTbart designed a model of their first commercial plant – which was used to communicate the technology to a variety of stakeholders. The model consists of individual modules which are attached to the build plate by built-in magnets, thus being able to ‘build’ the plant, one module at a time, in front of the audience.

This model has enabled us to have a deeper dialogue with our partners about the core process steps of our solution. PRINTbart delivered the model on time and the communication and quality were flawless.

A producer of high-quality solutions for the food industry, Fomaco approached us with a request to make a model of their latest injector machine. The result was this 1:10 model which is a fitting size for travelling sales personnel to bring along when travelling to customers’ sites. The model is predominantly sparkling grey to resemble the polished sheet metal of the real article with a prominent brand identity on all sides. Window frames and belt ends are hinged and panels on each end are removable for a peak inside to see the motors and pumps.

This model for HASLE Refractories has travelled the world on numerous trade shows where it has helped to promote their Ceramic Vortex Finder solution – a design to improve and sustain operations in industrial cyclones at elevated temperatures. We designed the 1:10 model to create the illusion of the steel ring hovering with the ceramic elements hanging from it within the section of the cyclone. This gives the audience a good perspective on its attachment inside the cyclone and the ease of installation, as the bricks are designed to interlock.

We are extremely pleased with the scale model of our CVF from PRINTbart. The attention to detail, quality, and precision truly captures the essence of our product, making it an excellent tool for presentations and demonstrations.
